Beth Ryder is a mother, wife, survivor, and storyteller.
She lives in the quiet hills of Virginia with her husband, Mike. She is the proud mom of her greatest joy: her son, James. A graduate of Radford University, Beth grew up in Cloverdale, Virginia, with her parents and two sisters.
Adopted as an infant and reunited with her birth family in 2016, Beth’s life has been shaped by the search for identity, truth, and belonging. Her writing is both refuge and reclamation—a space where vulnerability becomes strength and every wound finds a voice. Through poetry and prose, she explores motherhood, trauma, resilience, and the healing power of self-discovery.
Beth’s words are an offering to anyone who has ever felt unseen, uprooted, or unheard. Her story is a testament to the beauty that can grow from brokenness and the courage it takes to find your way home.
